Description

The 18 years and older part time Acting for Camera Course is aimed at Adults who want to develop performance skills for working in a professional Film and TV environment. Students will learn how to approach scripts from an actors perspective and build believable characters in a dynamic and supportive environment.We prepare and shoot scenes from feature films, commercials and TV scripts. We cover a wide range of genres and acting techniques.

This is one of Bayside Actors Studios most popular courses and offers a unique opportunity for people who have always wanted to give screen acting a try or those who want to improve their skills. Hone your craft and learn new talents with like minded people.

Course Aim

To give participants a set of performance skills for screen acting in a professional environment.

Who should attend

For those people who are ready to dip their toe (or re-dip) into the world of acting! Beginners and also those with experience. Designed for all ages over 18.

You may need to be available for extra classes especially when scenes are being shot and more time is needed. This will always be subject to everyones availability.
This class if for people wanting to become more camera comfortable and want to be apart of a small exciting creative cohort.
